How managers follow the day, approve the week and export the numbers without chasing people, with geofence alerts and scheduled exports.

Paying and managing a field team means knowing who worked, where and for how long, then settling corrections, time off and sales transfers. Without one system this turns into messages, screenshots and manual totals.

Challenges

Large companies need to export a full week of attendance without blocking the CMS, while managers need live status during the day and reviewed numbers at the end of the week.

Solutions

The Activity section shows who is clocked in, who is still awaiting clock-in and a daily location map filtered by retailer, plus workforce analytics, a leaderboard and device status for each rep.

Attendance summarises the week per rep with export and scheduled export. Timesheets show first in, last out, total and overtime per day with weekly approvals and reminders. Requests collects sale transfers and time off in dedicated queues.
