About project

A telemedicine platform with in-app video consultations, phone number sign-up for patients and verified, role based portals for doctors on web and mobile.

Generic meeting tools have no medical context, no structured intake and no audit-ready data retention. The clinic network needed video visits that live inside its own product.

We built one platform for patients, doctors and administrators: lightweight patient onboarding, hardened doctor authentication and video consultations next to the patient's clinical context.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenges

Telemedicine combines strict privacy requirements, low-latency video and three very different roles, each needing its own experience and access rules.

Solutions

Patients register with an international phone number, while doctors sign in through a separate portal with verified credentials and self-service password recovery.

Consultations run on Agora WebRTC with adaptive bitrate, directly in the browser and in the mobile apps. Rooms are provisioned ten minutes before each visit and health records are protected by role based access control.
