About project
An administration console where clinic operators verify doctor licenses and board certificates, manage practices and track every patient payment and doctor payout.
Running a multi-clinic telemedicine network means checking state medical licenses and specialty certificates, managing practice locations and following money between patients and doctors.
Spread across separate tools, that work created compliance gaps and kept new doctors waiting weeks to start. We replaced it with a single React command center.

Challenges
No doctor could take bookings before verification, confidential credential documents had to stay locked down, and finance needed a clear view of every transaction and payout.
Solutions
Administrators review identity submissions, license numbers and board certificates in a multi-step workflow. Doctors stay unbookable until every check is approved, and each approval or rejection is written to an audit log.
Patient transactions, doctor payouts and invoices sit in one ledger reconciled through Stripe Connect. Practice locations, currencies, verification statuses and notifications are configured from the same console.
