How vendors submit business details and permits, follow the review and resubmit after a rejection, all inside a structured portal.
Customers walk up to a truck because they trust it. A marketplace that lists anyone with a phone loses that trust quickly, and collecting tax IDs and permits through email threads does not scale.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenges
A failed license upload must never leave an orphaned file or a broken record, and only the vendor and administrators may ever read a permit.
Solutions
Vendors fill in a structured business profile: owner name, truck name, tax ID (EIN or SSN with automatic masking) and operating city, then attach a permit image or PDF stored privately.
A status screen shows pending, approved or rejected. A rejected vendor sees the admin's reason, edits the profile and resends it with a note explaining what changed.
