How the platform owner reviews documents, approves or rejects vendors with public and private notes and keeps an audit trail.

Every new truck is a trust and liability decision for the platform owner. Without a purpose built tool, reviews live in inboxes and spreadsheets, decisions are inconsistent and vendors wait without feedback.

Stable pagination over a growing collection, consistent notifications for every decision and access limited to a small allow list of administrators.

Solutions

An admin console lists applications in Pending, Verified and Rejected tabs. A detail page shows business data, tax ID and the permit in an inline viewer.

Admins approve or reject with a public reason for the vendor and a private note for the team. Every decision triggers an automatic email and push notification.
