A web platform that helps formerly incarcerated people find housing, employment, legal and health services, and lets provider organisations list their programs themselves.
People leaving prison often do not know where to turn for housing, work, education or legal help. That information gap is one of the drivers of reincarceration.
The platform puts reentry resources in one searchable place, for the people who need them and for the organisations that provide them.

Users have very different levels of digital literacy, and the service organisations listing programs are rarely technical.
Solutions
Individuals search providers by category and filter by subcategory, distance, program features and eligibility, such as time since release, gender or housing status.
Providers register through a guided multi-step wizard covering details, location, description, reentry relation, categories and photos, with no support needed.
