AI got you 80% of the way. We finish the last 20% and launch it. Built with AI, a no-code tool or by hand, apps stall at the same place: payments, logins, security and app store approval. We take the app you already have, fix what blocks the launch and put it in front of paying customers. No rebuild.

## Where AI-built apps get stuck

The first 80% is screens and happy paths. The last 20% is everything that has to work when a real customer shows up, because that is where money, data and reviews are on the line.

- **Payments**: Stripe, RevenueCat or in-app purchases that fail on real cards, webhooks that never arrive, subscriptions that never renew.
- **Logins**: Sign-in that breaks on one device, password resets that go nowhere, Google and Apple sign-in that pass review only sometimes.
- **Security**: Open databases, API keys in the app, missing access rules: the holes AI tools leave and attackers find first.
- **App store approval**: Rejections for privacy labels, account deletion, crashes on review devices or guideline 4.2 'minimum functionality'.

## How we finish it

1. **Your 48-Hour Launch Review, free**: Send a link to the app or the repository. Within 48 hours you get a short video from Herman: what works, what blocks the launch and what it takes to fix it. Free, and yours to keep whatever you decide.
2. **A written plan and estimate before any work**: Every fix listed, ordered by what blocks the launch first, with hours and cost. You approve the scope; nothing is billed outside it.
3. **Build with a demo every week**: We work in your repository. Every week you try the working app and decide what comes next, so there are no surprises at the end.
4. **Launch and app store submission**: Production deployment, store listings, review answers and the resubmission if Apple or Google push back, until the app is live.

## Launched in 3.5 weeks

UPTA, United Physical Therapy Association. A physicians' association had to get clinicians commenting on a federal CMS rule before a deadline that could not move. We shipped an invitation-only platform with secure logins, guarded AI drafting and protection for patient data in 3.5 weeks, ahead of the deadline.

- 3.5 wks from start to launch
- 5-7 min for a clinician to file a comment
- 239 h of development, fixed scope

## Everything it takes to launch

One team, one plan, one estimate. You get the whole last 20%, not another freelancer for each piece.

- **Code audit**: Architecture, security and store-readiness review of the app you have.
- **Launch-blocking fixes**: The bugs and gaps that stop real users, fixed in your codebase.
- **Payments, logins and security**: Stripe or in-app purchases, sign-in and access rules done properly.
- **Deployment**: Production hosting, environments, monitoring and backups.
- **App store submission**: Listings, privacy labels, review answers and resubmissions.
- **Post-launch support**: Fixes and improvements once real customers arrive.

The 48-Hour Launch Review is free (worth $470), and paid work comes with the three guarantees below.

## The old way vs Coding House

| Rebuild or random freelancers | Coding House |
| --- | --- |
| Start over from scratch and pay for the first 80% twice | Finish what you built: your code and progress stay |
| A new freelancer for every problem, nobody owns the launch | One team responsible from evaluation to app store |
| Vague quotes, hours that keep growing | Written plan and estimate, $25 to $55 USD per hour |
| Silence for weeks, then a surprise | A working demo every week |
| Gone after the handover | 8 in 10 clients keep working with us |

## Three guarantees, so you carry no risk

Our track record is verified on Clutch, so you can check it before you start.

- **Launch-date guarantee**: If your app is not live by the date in our written plan, you do not pay for the extra time.
- **Pay the last 30% on approval**: The final 30% is due only when your app is approved on the App Store and Google Play.
- **14-day money-back guarantee**: Not happy with the first 14 days of paid work? We refund what you paid for them.
- The evaluation is free, and you keep the video whatever you decide.
- If we can't help, we'll say so, and point you to who can.
- You only pay once you approve a written plan.

## Questions founders ask

### How much does it cost?

The evaluation is free. After it you get a written estimate in hours; our rates are $25 to $55 USD per hour.

### How long until my app is live?

It depends on what the evaluation finds. Our UPTA platform went from start to launch in 3.5 weeks; the estimate you get names a launch date before you commit.

### Can you take over my app?

Yes. Your AI-generated app from Lovable, Base44, Bolt, Replit, v0, Cursor or ChatGPT, an app from a no-code tool (FlutterFlow, Bubble, Adalo, Glide), or code written by you or another team. If it runs on React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, Supabase or Firebase, we work in it every day.

### Can't I just prompt the whole app and go live?

Not safely. A prompt gets you screens, not a product people can rely on. Before launch, every flow needs testing end to end, and once it is live you need monitoring that tells you when something breaks. If a real customer hits a bug at 2 a.m. and nobody knows, they leave and do not come back. Launching is the start of fixing, measuring and improving, not the end.

### Do you use AI too?

Yes, every day, and it is a big part of why we are fast. We have a mature AI practice built on years of engineering: we know where AI speeds things up and where it quietly breaks things. We have launched projects and rescued ones that were on their knees, so we use AI with tests and reviews, not blind trust.

### Why are you cheaper than other agencies?

We do not vibe code, and we do not use AI just to say we use it. Our AI practice goes after the real bottlenecks in building and launching, so the same work takes us fewer hours. You pay for those hours at $25 to $55 USD per hour, with a written estimate before any work starts.

### Will you rebuild my app?

No, unless the evaluation shows that fixing would cost more than rebuilding, and then we say so with numbers. Finishing what you built is the point.

### Who owns the code? Do you sign an NDA?

You own all code from day one, in your own repository. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.

### How does the guarantee work?

There are three. If your app is not live by the date in our written plan, you do not pay for the extra time. The last 30% is due only when the app is approved on the App Store and Google Play. And if you're not happy with the first 14 days of paid work, tell us and we refund what you paid for those 14 days. Our reviews and engagements are verified on Clutch, so you can check how we work before you start.

### What happens after launch?

You can stop there, or keep us for fixes and new features at the same rates. 8 in 10 clients keep working with us.
